- To respond to enquiries and provide estimates or services (steps towards a contract and performance of a contract).
- To manage appointments, customer correspondence and business records (legitimate interests where appropriate).
- To meet tax, accounting and other legal requirements (legal obligation).
We do not use information submitted through this website for unsolicited promotional email campaigns.

Where needed for normal operations, information may be processed by service providers such as IONOS (email), QuickFile (estimates and accounting), Stripe (if a customer chooses a supported card-payment route) and Netlify (website hosting). We only share information where there is an appropriate business or legal reason.

Customer and financial records are retained for the periods needed for tax, legal and business obligations. Other enquiry information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to deal with the enquiry or related matters, then deleted securely where appropriate.
