Prices and payments
Prices, currency (GBP), payment dates and any agreed deposits are detailed in the individual estimate, quotation or invoice. Payments are arranged through the methods shown on an issued invoice, which may include bank transfer or a secure payment provider. This website itself does not collect or store card details.
Cancellations and refunds
If you wish to change or cancel agreed work, contact us as soon as possible by email. We will explain the position based on the agreed terms, the work or materials already supplied and your applicable legal rights. If you have made an advance payment and a refund is due, we will arrange that refund using an appropriate payment method in accordance with applicable law.
Consumer customers may have additional cancellation rights for contracts agreed at a distance or away from business premises, often including a 14-day cancellation period. The precise position depends on the contract and circumstances. We will provide any required pre-contract cancellation information and, where appropriate, obtain an express request before starting work during the cancellation period. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
